What problems are you solving with Apptentive? What benefits have you realized

Because they believe they are a part of the process, people are more likely to provide comments. The other benefit for us is that if you look at the customizations that are possible, we can push traffic to other shops as well, as we do for China, where we direct users to that store for app ratings depending on the install store.

What do you like the best?

Being attentive, I feel, makes it easier to communicate with our customers, allowing them to focus on the next engagement. Please let us know what they'd want to see, and if they'd like, they can also leave positive and anonymous feedback. The simplicity with which this information can be acquired is appealing.

What do you dislike?

So much UX customization, as well as API modifications akin to the Rating conversation, are on the way. I believe the current dialogues aren't easily editable; instead of being in the middle of the screen, I'd like them to appear near the bottom, allowing users to be less obstructive.
