Excellent product.

What problems are you solving with Awario? What benefits have you realized

The filtering options were really useful for keeping mentions sorted and accessible. Additionally, the ability to extract mention data into an Excel file aided in the examination of Awario's data. The software was also pretty simple to use after the initial learning curve. When learning to use this software for the first time, the teaching contents on Awario's website, particularly those relating to utilizing Boolean searches, were really helpful.

What do you like the best?

Awario assisted in determining consumer perceptions of a consumer packaged goods product. This data was then used to provide strategic marketing recommendations, as well as to alleviate consumer concerns and counter unfavorable perceptions.

What do you dislike?

When learning to use the software for the first time, there was a steep learning curve, so it took some trial and error and some time to get the swing of things.

Although this is a good product, the insights leave something to be desired.

What problems are you solving with Awario? What benefits have you realized

Awario's simplicity, ease of creating reports, and quickness are all things I appreciate. Its daily reports are useful for getting a fast bird's-eye view of the situation. For the price, there are a lot of useful and important features.

What do you like the best?

We're trying to figure out how engaged the audience is, and whether that involvement is favorable, bad, or neutral. From there, we'd like to figure out who our major influencers are. Who are the key influencers on both the pro and con sides of our messaging, and which influencers are engaging with our content?

What do you dislike?

When your social media traffic grows, the pricing skyrockets, which I don't enjoy. As much as I appreciate Awario's value, it's the type of product that grows on you. I receive a lot of raw data, but I'd like it to be more actionable. I notice different figures in Twitter Media Studio than in Awario, which makes me doubt the accuracy of the data I'm receiving from Aware. It takes a lot of time and effort to sort through comments that are incorrectly classified as positive or negative.
